We had the incredible opportunity to work with the McMillon Family, and MDJ Construction this year. Matt and his wife Dani are El Segundo locals. While MDJ Construction works all over the greater Los Angeles area, they did their first El Segundo flip this past year, and knocked it out of the park.
747 Center St, was a beautifully designed bungalow home. It was a 2 bed, 2 bath and the lot size was over 6,500 square feet.
We had South Bay Designer Jenny Kropp, with Simple Coast Staging, stage the property. It sold for 60K over the list price.
