It doesn’t look like much now, but it never ceases to amaze me the vision that my husband always has in a home, and his ability to execute the process.
When Scot got the call to list 525 California Street, the sellers weren’t sure if and when they wanted to sell. Scot knew the property had potential, so he shopped it off market to a couple clients and no one was really excited about the project.
So… how did we end up with this gem?
Not one, but two of our best friends live on this block. The idea of great neighbors was already appealing, but when Scot shared with me the lot size and the potential of fairly easy, one story remodel, I agreed to take a look.
